Operations

What it covers

What your people will learn.

If your team uses AI at work, some of it is probably happening on personal accounts, with customer details in the chat. One page of rules, written in an afternoon, settles where the lines are.

Without written rules, or with a long policy nobody opens, the gaps show up in ordinary places: a client contract pasted into a free account, a price quoted from an unchecked draft, a customer who finds out a chatbot was answering them. Each one is avoidable with a rule a person can remember.

This course builds the page section by section. You approve each tool together with the plan it runs on, because business plans and personal accounts treat your data differently. You sort your data into three lanes, decide what a person checks before AI output leaves the building, settle when customers are told, and name who answers questions. Then you check your local rules, roll the page out in one team meeting and review it every quarter.

You walk away with a one-page AI rules page written for your own business, a 30-minute meeting plan to roll it out, and a quarterly review you can run in fifteen minutes.

Who it's for

Owners of small businesses: know the team uses AI and want clear lines without a legal project.

Office and operations managers: have been asked to "sort out an AI policy" and need something people will read.

Team leads in growing firms: want the same rules for everyone before the next new hire starts.
