Every renewal asks: what did I get?

Give members an answer they use every week: an academy in your association's name, built from the guidance you already publish, with practice in every lesson. Included in membership, sold to everyone else.

What we hear

Members want to stay current. You're the obvious place.

What association, network and community leaders tell us, in their words.

  • “There's no one place for our members to learn how the industry really works.”
    Founder, network of 400 creatives
  • “What's on offer locally is very basic. It isn't at the level our members work at.”
    Professional body, legal & compliance
  • “Getting free members to pay is the hard part. Conversion is not great.”
    Community founder, freelancers
  • “It gives us a different income stream, and members still get quality information.”
    Community leader, veterans' network
  • “One licence for the association, and a version for each member company.”
    Trade association, 1,500 member firms
  • “Do we build one academy for the whole community, or one for every member business?”
    Business community, 3,000 members

  • Included, or a member price

Give members everything with their membership, or a member price with a discount code.

  • Your Stripe, your money

Sales go to your own Stripe account, in your academy's currency.

  • Nothing per member

Every plan has unlimited learners. A bigger membership never means a bigger bill.

From what you publish

What you publish becomes what members use.

Start from what the association already has. No content team to hire, no empty platform to fill.

At renewal

Walk into the renewal with evidence.

Every renewal asks one question: what did I get for this? Your academy keeps the answer, in plain numbers.

  • Who learned whatEnrolments, completions and certificates for every course. Counts you can put straight into a board paper.
  • What isn't landingOnce three members practise, Fayne says in plain words what keeps getting missed. That's your next bulletin or webinar.
  • What it earnedNon-member sales arrive in your own Stripe account, so the board sees education earning, not just costing.

Questions

Questions associations ask.

The short ones are here. For anything else, ask below.

  • Not through Fayne. Members get a certificate of completion, and a knowledge check with a pass mark can gate it, but it isn't accredited credit. If accredited credit is the requirement, we're not the fit today.

Start with one guide.

Upload a standard, a guidance note or last year’s conference talk. Fayne drafts the course members get, and the version everyone else pays for.

7-day preview, no card needed. Or have us build it.
