Build a working team app from your own spreadsheet in a week, in Airtable, without writing code, and get your team working in it for two weeks.

A shared spreadsheet usually breaks the same way. Several people type into it, the same thing gets spelled three ways, updates arrive by message for someone to copy in, and nobody trusts which row is current. More columns and colour coding make it worse.

This course rebuilds the sheet as an app in Airtable. You split it into tables that store each thing once and link them, set every column to the right type, and add a form your wider team can fill in from a phone without a login. Then you build a screen for each role, set who can change what, add an AI field that sorts new entries and one automation that tells the right person. Every plan limit, price and setting was checked against Airtable's own pages in October 2026, and each paid feature is marked as paid.

You walk away with your own tracker app built from your sheet: linked tables, a live intake form, an interface for the people who act on it, access levels you chose on purpose, an AI field and an automation, and two weeks of your team using it.

Who it's for

Owners with one overloaded spreadsheet: want requests, equipment, orders or stock in one place the whole team can trust.

Office and operations managers: spend part of every week copying messages into a sheet and chasing who changed what.

Team leads in the field: need people on site to report from a phone and the right person to hear about it straight away.
