You can run a team at half your normal capacity and still keep its trust. The advice to leave your problems at the door is useless once the problem is your own life.

A diagnosis, a death, a marriage coming apart: it does not pause your responsibilities. Most leaders react in one of two failing ways. They suppress everything and burn out, or they overshare and watch the room quietly lose confidence in them. Both cost you credibility at the moment you can least afford to lose it.

This course gives you the moves for the weeks you are barely holding together. You learn to compartmentalize without bottling it up, to decide who gets to know what and why, and to say the hard thing out loud without coming apart in front of people. Then you operate at bare minimum on purpose, protecting the few decisions that actually matter, and you rebuild momentum and bring your team back in once the worst has passed. The final lesson keeps the architecture in place during calm so the next crisis does not catch you flat.
