Claude ships the parts: Projects, persistent workspaces whose instructions and documents every chat inherits, and Skills, your methods, packaged once under a name and applied whenever the job matches. Composed together, they turn recurring work into workflows that start from a single line.

You'll build all of it against your own recurring jobs: a curated Project for your most demanding effort, a Skill carrying the method you re-explain most, and one full workflow run end to end, the weekly report that used to eat twenty-five minutes of setup and now takes one line and an owner's review. Then the two disciplines that separate a working library from a shelf of abandoned contraptions: a four-question test for what deserves a build at all, and the tending habits that keep every asset current while the world keeps changing.

Who it's for
