Three setups do it. A project holds one body of work, with its files, its chats and a standing instruction, so every chat about that work starts warm. A plugin holds the instructions for a job you repeat in the same shape, and a colleague can install it and run it without you. Deep research answers a question you cannot answer yourself and shows its sources.

Most people pick the wrong one and lose an afternoon. The course routes jobs to setups first, with a drill on five real ones, then builds each setup against ChatGPT as it works today. Anyone who already runs custom GPTs gets the migration too, since they retire on 11 December 2026.
