The thing that makes this possible is an open standard called MCP, the Model Context Protocol, a universal port that lets Claude plug into almost any tool instead of needing a custom bridge for each. This course explains it in plain terms and, more importantly, shows you how to use it.

You'll add your first connector in under a minute with no code, Settings, pick a tool, log in, approve. You'll see what becomes possible when your tools are linked and Claude can read from one and act in another. You'll learn that the open standard reaches even tools not on the official list. And because connected access is genuinely powerful, you'll learn to control it precisely, least access, vetted versus custom, and guarding the actions that can't be undone.

By the end, Claude stops being an island and becomes the connected hub your whole toolset plugs into, capable, coherent, and safe.
