Claude now works in two places outside its own app: inside your team's Slack channels, and inside your Chrome browser. Both take real work off your hands, and both reach further into your accounts than a chat window does.

In Slack, you tag @Claude in a channel and it does the job in a thread the whole team can see and redirect: a status list from thirty threads, an answer from the shared drive, a digest every morning. In Chrome, it reads the page you are signed in to and clicks, types and fills in forms, which turns a morning of copying prices or dashboard figures into a few minutes.

The course covers each one in short lessons: which plan carries it and what setup takes, what Claude can and cannot see, how to word a task so it finishes, how to make it repeat on a schedule, what it asks permission for, and what prompt injection is and the habits that guard against it. Every plan, price, limit and permission was read on Anthropic's own pages in October 2026.

You practise along the way: six team asks to route, a launch run from one Slack channel, and a supplier price check where one page is not what it seems.

Who it's for

Small teams on Slack: owners and managers who want Claude in the channels where the work is already discussed, and need to know what setting it up involves.

Anyone buried in browser chores: people who spend hours copying figures, prices and records between sites they log in to.

Whoever approves the tools: needs a clear picture of what each one can reach, what it costs, and where it stops to ask.
