A voiceover made on ElevenLabs' free plan can never run in an ad, even after you upgrade. Every AI tool's terms hold rules like that, and each one takes a minute to check.

The tools make it easy to produce a product shot, a cloned voice or a jingle in seconds. What they leave to you is whether you may publish it: the plan you were on that day, the person whose face or voice is in it, the logo in the background, the song underneath, and the label the platform expects. Vendor tutorials teach each tool on its own, and none of them puts these questions in one place.

This course reads the terms of Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva, ChatGPT, ElevenLabs and Suno, and the label rules of YouTube, Meta and TikTok, as they stood in October 2026, and turns them into calls you can make on real pieces. It covers consent for cloned voices and faces, real people and other brands, music you are cleared to use, and the EU rule on deep fakes. It is not legal advice, and it tells you when to check your local rules and when a lawyer is worth the call.
