How it works
Meetings has three moving parts: a master switch, your scheduling link, and per-surface placement toggles. The button only shows up when the master switch is on, you have saved a link, and the specific surface is turned on. If any one of those is missing, that surface stays clean.Strike at the peak
Show the CTA the moment a student finishes a course, when they are most invested.
Zero friction
The link opens in a popup on click. No new tabs, no leaving your academy.
Your brand
Your scheduling tool, your button label, your academy’s color.
Set it up
Open the Meetings page in your academy (the/convert route). On a brand-new academy you will see a short intro screen with an Enable Meetings button. Once you have anything saved, you land straight in the editor.
Turn Meetings on
Flip the Meetings are on master switch. This is the master control: when it is off, the button never appears anywhere, even if individual placements are on.
Paste your scheduling link
In the Scheduling link field, paste a link from Calendly, Cal.com, Acuity, SavvyCal, or any scheduling tool. The link must be a full
https:// URL (for example, https://calendly.com/your-name/intro-call).Write your button label
Set the Button label that students see on the button. It defaults to “Book a call” and can be up to 80 characters. This is your voice, so use whatever fits your brand (“Book a strategy call”, “Schedule your session”, and so on).
Choose where it shows
Under Where it shows, turn on the surfaces where you want the button to appear. Nothing displays until you enable at least one. See Placements below.
You can save a link and keep it paused: leave the master switch off (or all placements off) and your settings are preserved for when you are ready to go live.
Placements
Each surface is an independent opt-in. Turn on any combination.Course completion
Course completion
Shown the moment a student finishes a course. This is the highest-intent placement: they just got value from you, so it is the natural moment to invite a conversation.
Academy home
Academy home
Shown on the main course catalog page that students land on, so it is visible across their whole visit rather than tied to one course.
Feed
Feed
Shown at the top of your academy feed. This placement only appears when the feed itself is enabled. See Newsfeed for how to turn the feed on.
