You can write a strong cold email and still reach no one, because the receiving server sent it to spam before anyone read a line.

Most cold outreach fails on the sending setup. It goes out from the company's main domain with no authentication, the volume jumps overnight, and the mailbox providers mark the sender as untrusted. Rewriting subject lines changes nothing while that is true.

This course builds the setup on purpose: separate domains you can afford to lose, the three records that prove you are the sender, two weeks of warmup, and a daily pace that keeps every mailbox looking like a person. Then you write a short sequence that reads like one person writing to another, and learn to read placement and replies so you know whether to fix the setup or the message.

Who it's for

Founders running their own outbound: you send cold email yourself and need it to arrive before you hire or automate.

Sales and SDR teams: your replies dropped and you suspect the campaigns are landing in spam.

Agencies and freelancers: you run outreach for clients and need a repeatable setup for domains, records and warmup.
