Once three or four people make your posts, your brand starts to look like three or four brands. One shared kit and five locked templates make every piece come out the same, whoever makes it.

Brand guides rarely fix this. Each person still starts from a blank page, picks the green off an old post and stretches the logo to fit, so the feed slowly fills with near-misses. What holds is a setup where the right logo, colors and fonts are already in place and only the words and photos change.

This course builds that setup in Canva, with a note on what the same build needs in Adobe Express. You load your brand into a kit, give each person the right role, pick the five pieces your team makes every week and lock what carries the brand in each. Then you fill a week of posts from one spreadsheet, put the built-in AI to work inside the templates, and set one rule for which pieces get a second look before they go out.

You walk away with a shared brand kit, five tested templates your team uses every week, and a simple approval rule set up in the tool.

Who it's for

Owners of small businesses: have two or more people making posts and flyers and want them to look like one company.

Marketing leads: are handing content to colleagues or freelancers and want guardrails instead of redoing their work.

Multi-location businesses: need every shop or branch to post on brand without sending each piece to head office.
