# Contact support

## Help us understand the issue

Include the academy name, what you were trying to do, the error message and the approximate time it happened. For a connected AI assistant, also tell us which assistant you use.

Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment details or private lesson content. If a screenshot helps, remove private information before sharing it.

To disconnect an assistant, open **Settings > MCP server > Your connected assistants** and select **Disconnect**. Headless access tokens can be revoked in the **Access tokens** section of the same page. If you cannot access these settings, email us with the academy and assistant name; we may need to verify that you manage the academy before helping with access.
